With experience at full service advertising agencies, media management companies and on the client side, Ricki understands the needs from all viewpoints. Ricki brings a wealth of both client and agency experience to her clients.
Ricki Kohn has had a career of introducing some of the most exciting new products that have changed or redefined the way consumers relate to established products and services. She has a history of successful new product introductions as well as repositioning companies to address changing market conditions.
Joanne Saunders

Planning Director
Joanne Saunders is currently Planning Director for RK Media Solutions. She brings years of experience as a strategic media planner on major national accounts.
She is always searching for a way to access and analyze media data to better understand the target and product usage patterns that help build the most effective plans.
Prior to joining RK Media Solutions, Joanne worked as a Media Consultant with Foote, Cone and Belding/SF, Young and Rubicam/SF, and Pacific Bell Directory.

Lyn Wolfson brings 20+ years of marketing communication experience to her clients and their businesses. She approaches media planning media neutral with a three-dimensional perspective. Her expertise encompasses traditional, emerging, and unusual media for a wide cross-section of business, consumer, and corporate advertisers.
Having worked with global, mid-size, and small business clients, Lyn appreciates and respects the integrity of ideas, and the similarities and differences in how companies approach marketing. An innovative yet pragmatic media-marketer, “Lyn understands that her clients’ media budgets often represent their largest marketing expense” (Jim C. Betty Pumpian

A media veteran, Betty’s experience includes 30+ years at Ogilvy & Mather, Bozell and Western International Media/Initiative (14 years) where she served as National Television Vice President, Associate Media Director.
She is experienced in all facets of that National Broadcast Buying and the creative opportunities to be found in the traditional arenas and the new technological fronts. Betty’s style is to first immerse herself in the client’s brand, consumer target and marketing strategy. This allows her to be more strategic as well as tactical when she moves on to execute the appropriate media schedule and develop extensions to enhance the buy.
Stanford Stapleton

IT Director and Data Management
Stanford has more than 25 years of experience in print media and sales management for such companies as American Express Publishing, Ladies Home Journal, Knight-Ridder Newspapers and various other publications. This experience includes on-line Internet sales, media planning and research, data base management systems and software sales and implementation for enterprise resource planning, distribution and manufacturing operations.
Stanford has the ability to quickly analyze research data and find the key elements that are relevant to a client’s objectives. He leverages technology and information to compliment the marketing strategy while seeking additional data to produce efficient and insightful media plans.
Stanford holds a MBA from St. Mary’s College and a B.S. in Journalism from the University Of Kansas.
